How do I snap a window?

Simply drag any window to the edge or corner of your screen. You will see a blue preview box. Release the mouse to snap it!

Can I exclude specific apps?

Yes! Go to Preferences > Ignore List and add any app you want NeoTiler to ignore. This is useful for apps with custom window behavior.

How do I save my current workspace?

Open the NeoTiler menu from the menu bar select Workspaces and select "Save Current Layout". You can restore it anytime later to get back to work instantly.

What are the system requirements?

NeoTiler requires macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or later. It runs natively on both Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and Intel-based Macs.

Can I request a refund?

Troubleshooting

Issue: Windows aren't snapping?

MacOS requires specific permissions for window management apps to work. Please ensure NeoTiler has "Accessibility Permissions" enabled.

How to fix:

  1. Open System Settings from your Apple menu.
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
  3. Find NeoTiler in the list.
  4. Ensure the toggle switch is turned ON.
  5. If it's already ON, try turning it OFF and then ON again to reset the permission.
